My job is to help you build efficacy to achieve it on your own— with my toolbox of strategies along with data I can help guide you to the results.

Our interactions will never conform to a preset agenda or script. My goal is to provide personalized services underscored by my training and expertise, and commitment to continuing education, and individual evidence-based research and analysis as a credentialed practitioner and lifelong learner.

Initial Consultation

$295 / 90 minutes

Your first session will include a comprehensive assessment/intake review + discussion of personal nutrition and wellbeing goals.

Health consults can include discussion about lab tests to uncover metabolic imbalances; we can facilitate a lab plan or you can bring your own from your primary care doctor.

You will leave with actionable items you can implement immediately, and I will follow with a detailed intervention strategy or protocol to address your wellness goals. The value continues even after our 90 minute session.

1:1 WEll Coaching

$90 / 50 minutes

Ongoing coaching is collaborative and supportive; helping clients to uncover and leverage their ongoing motivations, values and strengths to achieve success (as they define it). My expertise lies in helping guide and build your confidence and agency to continue to set and reach realistic goals that are most important to you. We focus on breaking down nutritional hurdles related to stress and anxiety, sleep, cravings, hormone imbalance, energy balance, physical activity, motivation and metabolism/disease management.

I also offer 4- and 6-month packages for us to delve deeper— as your personal functional nutritionist— into the potential root causes or metabolic issues impacting your mood and health.

My goal is to identify the root causes of metabolic imbalance and correct it using food and nutraceuticals as medicine.
